- While we enjoy planning many different types of events, our
specialty area is definitely weddings and wedding-related events.
We offer all types of assistance for weddings:
 | Forget-Me-Not Consulting Package: The Consulting Package | |
| will include 3 face to face meetings and unlimited phone calls and emails from the time you book us to the day of your wedding. You will be provided with advice, creative ideas, a list of approved vendors, and a sounding board. |
| Forget-Me-Not Event Package: The Event Package is strictly | |
| hiring our staff to work your rehearsal, ceremony and reception. We will be there to organize the wedding party, meet with vendors, set up reception, etc. You will have one face-to-face meeting prior to the wedding to discuss details of the event. At the end of the complimentary consultation, we will be able to give you the final price. |
| Forget-Me-Not Coordinating Package: The Coordinating | |
| Package includes the entire Consulting Package PLUS our coordinating services on the weekend of your wedding. We will be at the rehearsal to organize, coordinate the ceremony, decorate, and do whatever else you need. We will also be with you on your wedding day. We will meet with the vendors (i.e. caterers, florists, etc.), assist in getting everyone ready for the ceremony (flowers, line-up, etc.), run any necessary errands, set up the reception, coordinate the ceremony (music, bridal party, seating, etc.), and anything else needed that day. This price will vary depending on how big your wedding is, how much assistance you need, and how many additional staff will be needed. |
| Forget-Me-Not Planning Package: The Planning Package is the | |
| all-inclusive package. It includes both the Consulting and the Coordinating Packages PLUS anything else you need! We'll be there for you from the beginning to the end. We'll set up and attend vendor meetings. We'll negotiate prices and contracts with those vendors. We'll help you look for invitations, reception decorations, cakes, etc. We'll work together to plan the rehearsal, reception and ceremony. Whatever you need us to do in the months before your wedding, we’ll do it. |
